n here's a pic stolen off Grace's blog to liven things up abit. so now i am "Sweet Cat". lolx.. have yet to get the pics frm her coz think her week shld be rather packed.

i really ought to get a usb cable for my hp so dat i can upload stuff frm my phone to my hp.

anyway, met up with Manda after sch yesterdae. had a leisurely afternoon in mind, but.. we ended up doin the complete opposite.

headed to ESquare at Novena first, coz she's into Korea n the mall is Korean-inspired. so i busted some money on accessories, n i think i might go back todae to get a top dat i saw. somehow woke up thinkin i shld buy it. (n itz 6.30AM now!)

had ice cream from Preferé, an ice cream brand brought in frm Korea. it was yummilicious! (took a pic of the sign but... unable to upload nw.) they had flavors like grape, melon, and blueberry! how often do u get melon n grape ice cream? i tried the melon n it was gd. tasted exactly like the fruit, except dat itz creamy. worth tryin for anyone who happens to be in the vicinity.

so, yes, i splurged on necklaces yesterdae.. =( lolx... n she found a place to practice her Korean, coz there were Koreans workin there.

next stop was Bishan Crystal Jade. we had the scallop porridge, noodles with shrimp wonton, and scallops with beancurd and black bean paste. though i'm gettin sick of Crystal Jade (overdose of it), the food was still satisfyin, even though i wasn't too hungry. :p took pics in the toilet after dat. dun ask mi why it was the toilet. lolx.. shall steal the pics off her blog when she uploads them. my dad will kill mi if i mms-ed the pics to my email.

Amk Hub after dinner, where we continued our shoppin explorations. bought this cropped jacket dat i've been considerin for weeks. she managed to curb her shoe-buyin instincts coz the salesgal who served her was rude. lolx... we bought doughnuts to bring home, and she bought alot of shrimp dumplings for her family.

ended up at Jubilee's Mos Burger for iced tea to rest our feet n talk somemore before headin home. had to rush home when we needed to use the toilet n Jubilee's was already closed for the nite.

so, all in all, despite some stuff, everything was good yesterdae.

before i end, let mi mention dat my bro is the best in the world. i think he's the onli guy in the world willing to go out, walk all the way to amk central's Mac, juz to get dinner for mi when i was hungry! juz for mi! =) n yesterdae, he walked all the way to amk hub juz coz i called n asked him
to help deliver some money to mi. awww... he's the sweetest guy in the world isn't he? think itz onli reserved for family though, so, any future gfs... might not get this star treatment. lolx..

yay! i love the ppl around mi who loves mi too.

n my money is quickly running out. anyone willin to donate to the Catherine's Shopping Fund? ppl whom i haven't made when i said i will, i'll attempt to be faster k? heeeheee..

(this time, i woke up coz of the story of the horror movie dat Manda told mi abt yesterdae. not any unhappie happenings, so no worries. though i'm pretty creeped out still. Manda, all ur fault. :p)

finally met up with Grace yesterdae after a long long time. =)

met up in the evening for dinner after her tuition at thomson. had ramen at Jubilee coz we were tired to walk anywhere else. chatted abt lotsa stuff over dinner, so it was juz like old times. talked abt girly stuff, watz goin on in our lives, n wat was goin on in our other frens' lives. though the food wasn't fantastic, i felt content.

walked around in the AMK Hub after dat. most of the shops were close already so we were juz checkin out watz available, for future reference. lolx.. we walked to the bus stop near my place n continued chattin while waitin for her bus.

she's so energetic n dynamic, i feel like a lazy bum. lolx.. she can't spend a full dae at home, while i can't go out daily or i'll die of fatigue. her life is reallie filled up, with frens, family, work n studies. kinda make mi feel like i'm wastin my life away.

we took some pics by the roadside, in the middle of the pavement coz it was dark everywhere else, without streetlights, n there wasn't much ppl around to make us feel like vainpots. shall post it up when i get them.

in class now, feelin rather bored. itz freaking cold here in my corner.

managed to install Ghost Online on the school computer, but din manage to play it. whahhahaaa.. i'm at lvl 25 now. i noe itz odd dat i've started playing computer games. very unlike mi. i'm puzzled too. seems to have gone weird lately.

it was an eventful dae. to mi dat is.

first, i took the wrong bus home from school. -_-lll i was reallie tired n dazed, n wanting to go home, dat i did not check the bus number coz my brain was too dazed to register that double-deckers does not equate bus 74. so, i happily took the bus, onli to realise it was wrong when the bus didn't take a turn that 74 would have taken. got off at the next stop and ended up taking 2 more buses before i got home safely.

saw a guy fishin for food frm the bin when i was waitin for the bus. this is the first time i'm seeing things like this with my own eyes, and it was a relevation. i felt sad for him, though he seem to take everything in stride. he must be a reallie strong person.

3rd event, a bug dropped frm some corner of the bus to the floor, right opposite where i was seated. i'm reallie twitchy where bugs r concerned, so imagine my chagrin when it was a rather big beetle/ small cockroach that dropped. n it was strugglin to move, and it kept inchin closer, milimeters by milimeters. oh man... i couldn't take my eyes off it the whole time coz i was afraid it'll do sth stupid like fly towards mi when i wasn't payin attention. i swear if dat had happened, i wld have screamed my lungs out, whether itz a public place or not.

last update of the dae: i'm currently hooked on an online game called Ghost Online, introduced by my pro-gamer-brother. so nw i'm a pro-gamer-in-training-noob. itz reallie fun, so anyone interested or too bored can go try it out.

woke up after a grand total of about 4hrs of sleep max.

after a bad nite, there are too many things weighing on my mind. like the foolishly optimistic things i told Faith in our chat last nite, and how i'm more and more ready to throw in the towel as the minutes trickle by.

i think being alone will rid mi of all my current troubles.

P.S: please dun anyone comment anything on this subject again, whether positive or negative. dun show any support or disapproval, or anything. it'll be a relief to mi.

bought an umbrella for my mum yesterdae, coz her's was spoilt. u noe, mums deserve to be pampered once in awhile, when within my abilities of coz. so, i headed down to Takashimaya coz i knew they had an umbrella section there, and i'm pretty sure the quality should be alrite for a gift.

the prices were a stunning revelation.

an umbrella can easily go up to $60 and more. n the prices of the selection there seems to start from $20. -_-lll i didn't know umbrellas can be so pricey.

but anyway, i bought her one. n i'm lustin for one too. with anti-UV function, a gold hooked handle, very chic, and very portable.

heeheee.. sounds like i already have one in mind. but it costs $70. =(

i've recently taken to drinkin a small glass of martell coke daily, a splash of martell diluted with coca cola and ice. i'm wonderin if this marks the start of addiction, though i dun depend on it for anything, except mayb for warmth in the cold weather.

i get slpy each time, after i drink it. n den fight to stay awake til my proper bedtime rolls around. so, i definitely dun depend on it for slp. -_-lll

a weird thing though, my calf muscles starts to ache after each drink. i'm wonderin if itz a reaction to the alcohol or juz coincidence. never had this happen in the past when i drink. mayb the alcohol's kept too long n had expired? weird. is there an expiry date for alcohol?

Manda, i think i'm havin midterms nxt week. x_x oopz..
