sometimes, it seems like there's very little point in the ring on my finger. nwadaes, the cravin for alcohol n some blessed oblivion gets stronger.

disappeared.

it hurts. to keep waitin, keep hopin, keep guessin, keep lyin to myself. i've become gd at lyin to myself, at self-soothin. the thing is, he was never there to soothe mi anyway. when fears closes in, hurts cloud near, there's only myself to depend on. he.. he'll always juz be lookin on in impatience, in contempt. n i hate myself for bein weak.

no more tears. i wun allow them anymore. i keep tryin to push the hurts out, blockin them off. coz, datz not wat he wans to see- the burden of my feelings, the wounds frm his careless treatment.

no pressure. i'll keep tryin to ease off, so he wun feel the need to ignore, brush off. let go of the expectations, til one dae, he might find dat i'm no longer there.

Tri brought mi to the Night Safari last nite, along with his frens. hmm.. it was quite ex, but i guess datz wat u expect for something datz mainly catered for fleecin tourists? :p did alot of walkin but was surprisingly not tired, when the rest of them were already feelin the strain of walkin so much. hahahaa.. the whole place was juz dark, cool n humid, filled with the scents of the wilderness. i liked the leopards dat we saw. had my face right next to it, since it was behind a wall of glass. it had a very regal bearin, as expected of the Cat family.. hmmm.. i reallie do seem to have a penchant for cats. =)

hmmm.. Barry dropped Tri, Peiwei n mi off at Peiwei's hse before sendin his gf home. think the atmosphere was not quite right in the car when we mentioned supper.. oh well, itz none of my business i guess. the 3 of us were very hungry, n headed for Bak Kut Teh at Balestier after Tri helped fix Peiwei's com. ermz.. i dunnoe y but i was hungry the whole of yesterdae, even though i kept eatin.. -_-lll hunger pangs seem to be strikin mi with higher frequencies.

they sent mi home after supper, n Tri headed back to Peiwei's house for a nite of P.S playin.. by the time i got ready for bed, with hair still wet n all after shower, it was 4+..

quite fun. =) but there wun be splashin of money out at the Night Safari again anytime soon.. din reallie think it was worth it.. well, at least i had interestin company.

met up with the JC peepz, Cheryl, Shu, Doranne, Karsten, Christopher, Edward, n Cheryl's fren- Xin Ping.. heeheee.. got Tri to come along with mi too. dinner was at Akashi in Tanglin Shoppin Centre, sorta an early celebration for Cheryl's bdae before she leave for Melbourne again. a couple of us chipped in to get her perfume n stuff. dinner was gd coz the food was lovely, the conversation was lively, n it was nice to see them again after so long..

headed for The Balcony at Heeren after dat. the place was rather packed. interestin n cozy. definitely gd for chillin out with, though i'll prefer to do so on a quieter dae. town on weekends r juz jammed with ppl.

alas.. Tri n i left awhile after we got there.. he was tired frm a hectic dae, i was basically tired.. hahahaaa... not too sportin i guess.. -_-lll think i'll make sure my energy level's up the nxt time there's a gatherin.

nw.. i shall wait for the rest of them to post up their pics before i "steal" them.. heeheee.. :p

so, hoped everyone had a happie Valentine's dae.. =) i did.

bought him a small soccer game set.. those table display version.. shall take a pic of it another dae n post it up.. got 3 boxes of ferrero rocher for the classmates.

went over to his place after skool yesterdae. he made mi hunt around for the present.. got a shock when i saw the MuVo.. coz it couldn't have been his, since he got himself a Sony mp3 player a few months ago.. feel bad abt him spendin more than necessary.. but..... yay!! nw i wun feel so lonely on long bus trips!

however, the sweetest part of his pressie was his voice recordin. =)

spent the rest of the dae slackin, while he tried to revise for his on-goin midterm exams.. had dinner at his place before he sent mi home.. for once, i chose to take the mrt over a cab, coz i wanted to check out the "smug" couples walkin around town.. hahhahaaa.. as expected, the ladies with flowers radiated suppressed smugness n bliss.. :p

alrite.. i'm abit slow, but i think the Panasonic VS2 Pink is absolutely gorgeous.. itz so much prettier than the Motorola Pink Razr.. :p can't seem to get the pic up though..

been busy these few daes.. feelin sorta light-headed frm the hustle n bustle of bein back in skool. skool's pretty entertainin nwadaes, with lotsa "scandals" n stuff.

anyway, missed skool todae.. i noe. i'm a bad student. n Jillian muz be pretty exasperated with mi by nw.. haiz... =(

shopped alone in town todae.. wanted to find a V-dae pressie, as well as a Spring dress, n a very versatile cropped jacket.. versatility is very important to mi. :p like bein able to mix n match my clothes, since i can't afford regular shoppin. ended up with an impulse buy dat i'm regrettin nw.. realised when i got home dat the cropped jacket i bought dun look too gd coz the cuttin was awkward.. grrrrr... n i din manage to find a light, spring-like, floaty-"chiffony" dress.. kinda wanna get somethin very feminine n sweet (not too cloyin though) for V-dae.. anyone have any idea where i can find such dresses?

onli thing i've purchased todae dat i'm pleased with is the V-dae pressie.. but den, i've always been highly finicky when it comes to buyin presents.. shall not reveal wat it is yet.. heeeheeee...

anyway, he came to meet mi for dinner after his classes ended. =)

shall not recount the last few daes since itz all a whirl in my head..

back to a regular diet of instant noodles after the last couple daes of abalone, seafood, n assorted delicacies.. :p

steamboat dinner this yr had mi cookin my own food, instead of my mum servin mi the food dat i wan. i'm startin to think dat steamboat dinners r actually gd for dietin since everything's boiled. but i seem to have gained inches frm the last few daes.. =(
